This is a safe, supportive, understanding and non-judgmental space to share your psychedelic experiences.

The session will begin with talks from trained mental health professionals on what integration is, and why it is so important with psychedelic experiences.

You will then have an opportunity to share your own experiences and listen to the stories of others.

We each have a unique story, and feeling heard and understood by others is essential to integrating your experience. Perhaps other peoples stories may also help provide you insight.

Tea and snacks will be provided.
