The Australian Psychedelic Society is a not-for-profit organisation, registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). The APS is also working towards deductible gift recipient (DGR) status, which would make donations to the APS tax deductible.

In the spirit of reconciliation, the Australian Psychedelic Society acknowledges the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
